MOUNT MAROON, QLD

1/2 day

Level 3: Steep ascents and descents, rough terrain underfoot, some rock scrambling.

Mount Maroon is an excellent challenge, rising to 966 meters above sea level, it is part of the McPherson Range. We make our way to the summit for uninterrupted views on every side from Mt Barney to the coast and enjoy a delicious trekker lunch and sparkling to finish.

LAKE MANCHESTER, QLD

1/2 day

Level 3: Longer kilometres and average pace approximately 4 km/ hour, long, steady ascent in one section.

Lake Manchester is a comfortable 45 minute drive west out of Brisbane. Perfect for a morning hike out on the trails, surrounded by beautiful bush and a magnificent body of water. The trails are wide and well maintained and you’ll enjoy delightful views.

SUNSHINE COAST & NOOSA FITNESS TRAINING WALKS, QLD

3 hours

Level 2 & 3: Expect undulation with some steep inclines.

We offer three hour trek-style training walks where you experience beautiful places and meet like-minded ladies while moving toward your fitness goals as well as a new experience Hike and Recovery. You’ll receive excellent instruction from long time trekker and local, Lisa Marshall and go on mini personal adventures!

BRISBANE FITNESS TRAINING WALKS, QLD

3 hours

Level 3: Expect undulation with some steep inclines.

We offer three hour trek-style training walks where you experience beautiful places and meet like-minded ladies while moving toward your fitness goals. These walks are perfect if you need some motivation to manage a longer walk as part of your training for a GirlsTrek at a level 3 or higher.

BRISBANE EXPERIENCES, QLD

3 hours

Level 1 & 2 : Easy urban walks on well formed tracks. Undulating tracks at Mt Coot tha.

Choose from our Brisbane Alive or Brisbane Wild walks. 1 - 4 people as a minimum or more if you have a group of friends. Experiences are either in the evening or in the morning. We also have a new Hike and Recovery session on offer.
