EX LIMA

The Huayhuash hike route via Trapecio pass in the Cordillera Huayhuash is one of the most impressive in all Peru. On this trek you will see most gloriously green glacial lakes surrounded by enormous granite rocks, multicoloured lagoons and dozens of snow capped mountains soaring above you. The area was made famous by the documentary film Touching the Void (2003) about two young British climbers who become lost. Don’t worry - we won’t be climbing cliff faces or getting lost! g the trek there are dozens of snow-capped mountains to multicolored glacial lagoons of the huayhuash range.
Trapecio high pass at 5,020m is the highest point of the entire huayhuash adventure. It is also one of the best viewpoint providing views unlike anything than the other mountain passes.
