GirlsTrek strongly recommend you take out Travel Insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation for any unforeseen circumstances and for cover on the trip in case of any medical emergency. Once you have purchased travel insurance from your provider of choice, please provide us with the policy details.

Taking travel insurance on trips in Australia and all our trips can be helpful. This is because travel insurance policies usually provide cancellation cover  prior to when you depart. We have had girls who have had an accident, woken up ill on the day, or experienced something unforeseen and are unable to go on their trip. These unforeseen reasons for cancellation are covered under travel insurance.
