HikeFit : The GirlsTrek dedicated fitness program

For Girl Trekkers we have a weekly session at  Mt Coot-tha or Nerang on the Gold Coast. We welcome all comers, whether you are on a trip with us or not, to join in on our 2 hour trek-style training sessions held every Saturday.

HikeFit is a great fitness regime and does wonders for reducing stress after the working week. Start your weekend in the best possible way with an invigorating bush walk. The sessions combine trek interval training with endurance and include a different focus each week including balance, core, upper body strength and leg strength.

Every GirlsTrek trip includes the option to select either complimentary HikeFit passes to attend group training at Mt Coot-tha or Nerang, OR a phone call with a HikeFit trainer. Additionally an at home training program is included to help prepare your fitness for the trip you have chosen. Follow our training program, and feel confident that you will gain the most out of your time away with us.

The HikeFit sessions cater for ALL levels of fitness. Your time to start is now!
